1. Check out a new online faculty development resource, "Global Diversity in the Classroom," which encourages GW faculty to reorient their practice and their thinking. Find tools to empower faculty as they foster an inclusive classroom and work to offset deficit discourses.
2. Be aware of (and share) information and resources as you plan for the fall by exploring, the GW website "Resources for the Virtual Learning Period."  
3. Get perspective from this call to action written by a Black doctoral student who shares suggestions to "help you be more cognizant of Black academics' sentiments during this upsetting time."
