3 Things: Issue Seven

1. Check in with your team regarding President LeBlanc's "Update on the Budget" letter that may raise questions and concerns. Even though you may not be able to alleviate concerns or answer key questions, let them know you care and will keep lines of communication open. 
2. Review the proven practices outlined in the article, "How leaders sustain communications in an extended crisis" from the Education Advisory Board. Find ideas for improving communication with your team.
3. It is time to start thinking about tough questions that need to be asked. Consider the messages in the Huron article, "What to Stop Doing" to frame critical conversations with your colleagues.
